The credit math, recomputed

We divided the activity's stated instruction minutes by 50 (NCEES Model Rules: 1 PDH = one nominal contact hour, and a contact hour is a minimum of 50 minutes of course/activity), capped at the actual clock hours where the elapsed time is stated, and compared the result to the PDH amount the activity awards.

You may be over-awarding PDH credit — that's the headline check. If the numbers in your materials don't support the PDHs (professional development hours) you award, the report says so, with the arithmetic shown.

Honest scope
