What mechanical checking can and can't see
Most requirements in any accreditation standard are about your process — needs analysis, oversight, records, promotion. A machine reading course materials can't see those, and we don't pretend it can: they're reported not_evaluable, never guessed. What the mechanical lane does — precisely, offline, and recomputably — is the materials slice: credit arithmetic, question floors, objective phrasing, dates, disclosures. Every finding carries the standard's own locator.
